03.Definition of terminologies
  • Money and valuables : Refers to things that could give economic profits including money (cash, gift voucher and usufruct, etc.) andgoods, etc.
  • Entertainment : Refers to diversified activities carried out for gathering and interaction of people for businesses through meals, drinking party, golf, performances and amusement, etc.
  • Convenience : Refers to provision of or receiving benefits including transportation means, accommodation, tourism and support for events, etc.
  • Interestedparty : Refers to all people and organization in and out of the 슬롯 꽁 머니 who can be influenced by the rights and interests generated through execution of the tasks of a person, and receiving of benefits through family, relative and friends, etc. will also be deemed as the action of the corresponding person.

07.Money and valuables

11.Redemption of debt

  • Borrowing of money or provision of guarantee for loan must not be demanded among staffs and 슬롯 꽁 머니.

  • Staffs and executives must not use fixed assets, vehicles, furnishing and expend ables of the 슬롯 꽁 머니for personal use or take them out of the 슬롯 꽁 머니 without approval.
  • Staffs and executives must not arbitrarily assign and lend the 슬롯 꽁 머니 assets to oneself or 3>890_word_end< party without justifiable procedure.
  • Staffs and executives must not intentionally damage and destroy 슬롯 꽁 머니 assets.
16.Protection of important 슬롯 꽁 머니
  • Staffs and executives shall protect the real properties, intellectual properties and confidential business information, etc. of 슬롯 꽁 머니, and do not use them for their personal goals.
  • Staffs and executives shall not engage in pursuit of personal gains and illegal transaction using the confidential information obtained from the 슬롯 꽁 머니 by using their positions in the 슬롯 꽁 머니.

17.Use of budget
  • Staffs and executives must not use the budgetary resources of the 슬롯 꽁 머니 for personal goals.

18.Otherjobs
Staffs and executives cannot have other jobs or engage in sideline business that can impart influence on their independent decision making in relation to their duties or induce hindrance in harmonious execution of their duties. 19.Outflow of human resources
